THESE TV PERSONALITY HOUSES WILL LEAVE YOU SPEECHLESS!

Rachael Ray – $4.69 Million, Southampton

When you’re a celebrity Chef, it doesn’t matter how many bedrooms or bathrooms you have or how big your pool is. For TV personality and author Rachel Ray, the most important thing is having a dreamy kitchen. The cozy, wooden-floored, rustic kitchen with a center island counter is most definitely dreamy, and what’s even better, the house in the Hamptons has yet another kitchen!

Just to fill you in, it has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and not only a pool but a pool house with two extra rooms and bathrooms and the second kitchen. But none of that matters; all that matters is that Rachel enjoyed her two kitchens thoroughly before listing the house for $4.69 million.

Kamala Harris – $5.2 Million, Los Angeles

Kamala Harris is a history-making politician and is now the Vice President of the United States of America. But while the title holds political sway, the salary isn’t much. Nonetheless, there are perks, and she even gets to live in the house at number one Observatory Circle, Washington.

Before they were requested to occupy the property in Washington, though, she and her husband Douglas Emhoff lived in a 3,500-square-foot house in Los Angeles. The house had four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and was built in 1948. Harris’s husband paid $2.8 million for it, and in 2021, it was estimated at $5.2 million.

Elizabeth Holmes – $5,395 Per Month, San Francisco

The rise and fall of Elizabeth Holmes were so insane that it was made into a book and a documentary. She gained prominence after her company Theranos claimed to have redefined how blood testing could be done. She was dubbed the youngest and wealthiest self-made billionaire with a net worth of $9 billion.

But then, the company’s claims were fraudulent. Her net worth was set to zero, and she was dubbed among the World’s Most Disappointing Leaders. She has also moved out of her Russian Hill apartment. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom house is up for rent at $5,395 per month. She currently lives with her fiancé, hotel heir Billy Evans.

Fame translates into money, and Barker has a $50 million net worth, meaning the $2.8 million he shelled out on this luxury home in Calabasas was just a drop. The 7,200-square-foot house comes with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, an outdoor fireplace, and a playroom. In 2021 he started dating Kourtney Kardashian.

Joel Osteen – $10.5 Million, Houston

Joel Osteen is the kind of man who practices what he preaches. So when he says God wants you to live in prosperity and not poverty, he is going to live on the former, not the latter. With a popular show that reaches 10 million people in America, the $100-million worth televangelist is clearly living in prosperity.

Osteen also has a house of prosperity in Houston, Texas. This is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom house that has three elevators. It has an outdoor pool with a pool house and another guesthouse on the property as well. In 2021, he released another book titled Peaceful on Purpose.

With a wife and four children, Damon needed as much space as he could get, and forked out on the 6,000-square-foot spot. It has six bedrooms, a kid’s playroom, a gym, wooden floors, and other amenities. In 2018 rumors broke that that Damon and his family might move to Australia, but these rumors were debunked.

The island can now host up to 36 bungalows and 36 villas. In 2011, she expanded her real estate portfolio and her property line by purchasing the mansion next door, too. Hudson, who made her name in films like How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days, paid $5.3 million for the new mansion, which serves as a guesthouse and includes six bathrooms, a spa, pool, and five bedrooms.

Diaz has announced that she’s formally retiring from acting.

Jessica Alba – $9.95 Million, Beverly Hills

Despite her nearly $10 million home being move-in ready when she purchased it, actress Jessica Alba still felt the need to do renovations before moving in. Alba brought in interior designers Kathleen and Tommy Clements to create the home she envisioned.

The 9,000-square-foot Beverly  Hills mansion, previously owned by film producer Mike Medavoy, took nearly a year and a half to renovate. Alba added a foyer and filtered more natural materials to the structure. The property in total is 1.85 acres and includes a free-standing guest house and ocean views.

2018 NBA superstar Kevin Durant spent $12.05 million on a contemporary-styled house. In 2019, he listed it for $12.15 million. The Malibu house was built in 1976 and sits on an open gated street. The 5,100-square-foot open plan structure is walking distance from the beach and boasts oak floors, high ceilings, four bedrooms, and six bathrooms. There’s also a home theatre and an elevator.

It explains a lot since Trebek was a single 44-year-old man when he bought the house, before selling it in the ’90s, after marrying his second and current wife, Jean Currivan. The mansion has black and red decor with tiles, glass bricks, and a two-story master bedroom. Alarmingly, in March 2019, Trebek announced that he had pancreatic cancer.

Whoever buys it will be getting their money’s worth. The 2002 Heisman Trophy winner spared no expense when building the house from the ground up. Six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, an infinity-edge swimming pool, and an open-air living room. It also has a total of five fireplaces. It’s unclear whether Palmer has sold the house yet, but he currently lives in Wood River Valley.

The living quarters has three suites and Woods’ master bedroom, while the multipurpose building is kitted with a gym, home entertainment and media room, and an oxygen therapy room. Barrymore managed to get the six-bedroom, six-bathroom, two-acre estate sold for $6.35 million, leaving behind views of the Santa Ynez Mountains and a private playground for the kids. It underwent further renovations in 2016 and went back on the market in 2019 for nearly $10 million.

The two time Oscar winner and wellness guru designed the house with wellness in mind with a meditation garden, fountain, and gym. Originally built in 1927, the 9,486-square-foot home cost her a cool $2.8 million and features 23 rooms in total, a pool, a training facility, and an outdoor patio. After recently suffering from back problems and sciatica, Goldberg is currently using a walker since she’s having trouble walking.

But when they parted with one another, they also parted with the house. After Shelton hooked up with Stefani, he built a Hawaii-style house on the banks of Lake Texoma in Oklahoma. The setting of this home also inspired the title of his last studio album, 2017’s Texoma Shore.
